IBM Laptop only 85pounds and with warranty ?

IBM thinkpad laptop R40E which comes with windows XP sp3, has an intel pentium R Processor running at 2.4ghz, 512mb ram,dvd/ cd reader/writer, wifi in built, 30gb hard disk drive.
